Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

- Products must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return

- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select “Return Item” for eligible products
- Complete the online return request form
Step 2: Prepare Package
- Include all original items and accessories
- Repackage securely in original packaging
- Enclose the completed return form
Step 3: Shipping
- Use the provided prepaid return label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Retain your tracking number for reference
Exchange Process
For exchanges of size or color:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Select “Exchange” as return reason
- Place a new order for desired item
- We will expedite processing upon receipt
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return receipt
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Allow additional time for bank processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage/defect
- We will arrange prepaid return shipping
- Receive replacement or full refund
